Terms & Conditions
In order to secure your desired rental/package for your event date, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 3 business days from the issued invoice.
**Failure to do so could result in your desired rental/package not being available to you on the date of your event.**
The balance of the invoice must be settled, no later than, 14 days prior to your event date. If the amount is not paid in full 14 days prior to your event date it will be automatically canceled.
Please be sure of the rentals/packages/dates of the event when you book as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
